If you are unsatisfied with your order, you may apply for the exchange of your product provided it adheres to the following conditions:

1. Your product is in its original condition, unused, and with its tags and tickets. If item does not meet this condition it will be sent back to you.

2. Exchanges are allowed within 14 days of you receiving the product. Sale items must be exchanged within 7 days.

3. You will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping from and back to you by courier.
